Part-Time Personal Assistant (PA) / Business Administrator

12 hours per week – 3-month contract

Location: Cheltenham

Hybrid

Rate: £15.00 - £22.00 per hour (depending on experience)

We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and highly reliable PA / Business Administrator to support a General Manager and provide admin support to their Leadership Team.

This is a part-time temporary role (approx. 12 hours per week for 3 months) – perfect for someone who thrives on variety and precision but doesn’t want a full-time schedule!

What you’ll be doing

Managing the General Manager’s diary, ensuring time is used effectively and priorities are met

Organising travel and accommodation arrangements

Coordinating regular and ad-hoc meetings (including venues, travel, agendas, and materials)

Preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and reports using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Processing expenses and invoices

Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion

What we’re looking for

Previous PA or senior administrative experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment

Strong diary management skills and the ability to anticipate needs ahead of time

Experience arranging complex travel itineraries and managing expenses

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

Confident communicator at all levels, including senior leadership

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
