Our unique rural retreat, a lovingly restored 13th-century former working farm, is home to 20 luxurious bedrooms and suites and a restaurant that celebrates seasonal, locally sourced food.
We are now looking for a talented Commis Chef or Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences in a truly inspiring setting.
About the Role
Working closely with our Head Chef, you will be involved in preparing and delivering high-quality dishes that are both homely and inventive. Our menus are driven by fresh, seasonal ingredientsmany sourced directly from our kitchen garden and trusted suppliers within a 20-mile radius.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef looking to develop their skills in a creative, supportive kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
Supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver outstanding service
Contributing ideas to menu development
