Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Medical Secretary role located in Liverpool at one of UHLG's hospital sites. The Medical Secretary will be responsible for administrative tasks such as managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and providing support to medical staff.
Qualifications
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in medical terminology and record-keeping
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Experience with medical office software and systems
* Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations
* Previous experience working in a healthcare setting is desirable
* Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
