Role Summary

We need a Talent Acquisition Administrator to own end‑to‑end recruitment across various teams, ensuring a great candidate experience and supporting our strategic talent acquisition approach.


Salary

£24,750 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Role Type & Working Hours

Full‑time or part‑time, permanent. Standard working week is 37.5 hours Monday‑Friday, with part‑time options of 30 hours per week.


Start Date & Location

Preferred start March or April 2026, with other monthly start dates available early in 2026.

Role based at our Global Headquarters, Cambridge and the Manchester office.


About the Role

Are you a recruitment or HR professional looking for a new challenge? You will manage multiple roles simultaneously, support hiring managers, coordinate university career fairs, run internal projects and drive improvements in our recruitment processes.


Key Responsibilities

* End‑to‑end recruitment administration: creating and posting adverts, reviewing applications, marking assessments, arranging interviews.
* Managing the recruitment inbox and responding to candidate queries.
* Conducting telephone interviews, reviewing self‑recorded video interviews, greeting candidates for face‑to‑face interviews.
* Headhunting and proactively reaching out to prospective candidates.
* Providing guidance to hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies.
* Researching, organising, hosting and attending university career fairs and other professional events.
* Ensuring fair, inclusive recruitment procedures in compliance with best practice.
* Ad‑hoc tasks and projects supporting the wider People and Talent Acquisition function.


Requirements

Essential:

* Demonstrable experience in recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition, or in HR, sales, customer service or operations.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
* High productivity, self‑motivation and ownership.
* Professional verbal and written communication.
* Dedication to excellent customer service.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Innovative, proactive approach.
* Discretion with sensitive information.
* Collaborative and relationship‑building across all levels.
* Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
* Experience with Microsoft Office.

Desirable: Transitioning from other fields; interest in healthcare sector; eagerness to accept new challenges.


Hybrid Working Policy

Post‑probation: up to half working‑time from home per week (measure over 2‑week rolling period). During probation (first 6 months): 1 day per week from home.
