Join our dynamic E-commerce Team as we seek an enthusiastic and proactive E-commerce Specialist. This role will involve collaboration in developing a strategic monthly calendar for website updates that align with our brand strategy and goals. You will play a crucial part in enhancing our online presence and driving growth in the digital marketplace. Reporting to the local E-commerce Manager and Country Managers, this role is fundamental for the future growth and evolution of UK online stores. This is an exciting and challenging role for a leading Italian fast fashion company, where you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of the local plans across all property digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Collaboration
: Work closely with the HO and Local E-commerce Team to develop and execute a monthly calendar for website updates, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
* Content Management:
Translate weekly website content updates, maintaining the freshness and relevance of our online offerings.
* Data Analysis:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
* Search Optimizati
on: Implement monthly search bar optimizations to improve user experience and increase site traffic.
* Reporting
: Regularly check and analyze weekly and monthly reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Proactive Improvemen
ts: Identify and propose enhancements to our website and services, leveraging competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends.
* SEO and Content Guidance:
Collaborate with SEO and content teams, offering insights to ensure our content drives traffic and achieves results.
* Digital Marketing Suppo
rt: Assist in SEO, SEM, PPC, online advertising, and social media marketing efforts to grow audiences and generate online sales.
* Retail Collaborati
on: Work with the local retail team to create synergy between brick-and-mortar and online business operations.
