Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a willingness for physical work and experience with both hand and power tools. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, contributing to the manufacture and quality control of our products within a warehouse environment.
Duties
* Loading and off loading timber decking boards
* Order picking and packing
* Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
* Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise, applying mechanical knowledge to resolve problems swiftly.
* Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
* Previous warehouse experience is advantageous, demonstrating familiarity with production processes.
* Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating good communication skills.
