Directorate: Housing Development and Growth Section: CCTV Grade: Level 5 plus shift allowance Actual Salary: £24,294 - £26,421 plus shift allowance Hours: 37 This advert is open to both Internal and External applicants. This service is looking to recruit a highly motivated CCTV Operator to work within its highly modern CCTV and Alarm Monitoring Control Room. The post holder will have previous experience of working in a similar environment and demonstrate an ability to remain calm and focused when under pressure. The service demands a certain level of IT skills and an ability to work well with partner agencies. This position involves the use of software, radio and telephone communications with other staff and partners. There is therefore an expectation that the post holder will be able to demonstrate accuracy in their writing and verbal communications. The role will be subject to DBS and vetting checks.
