Solicitor – Healthcare & Inquests – National – up to £75k + Excellent Benefits Package – Generous Bonus Scheme
As part of the continued growth of a leading Healthcare Team, this highly regarded firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their team. You’ll work alongside a well-established team, managing a broad range of regulatory matters including inquests, Court of Protection cases, Deprivation of Liberty issues, and Information Law.
With a consistent flow of new instructions from private care providers and NHS Resolution, this is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and technically proficient lawyer to make a meaningful impact while delivering outstanding service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of healthcare regulatory matters, from routine to complex
* Represent clients in inquests and Court of Protection proceedings
* Advise on Deprivation of Liberty and Information Law issues
* Engage in advocacy across relevant forums
* Build strong relationships with healthcare clients and stakeholders
About You
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 1+ years’ PQE
* Solid experience in healthcare regulatory law
* Advocacy experience is essential
* Capable of handling a diverse caseload independently
* Strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory landscape
* Excellent technical and organisational skills
* Pragmatic, methodical, and commercially aware
* Committed to delivering high-quality client service
