Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve crafting beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive dining experience.
Duties
* Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
* Assist in managing stock levels, ensuring all supplies are replenished as needed.
* Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
* Manage time effectively during shifts to maintain service speed without compromising quality.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in floor staff or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing stock levels.
* Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery.
