Supervisor – Totnes
We are looking for a Supervisor to join the Totnes team on a permanent 14‑hour contract.
Responsibilities
* Support the management team in creating a service culture that places the customer at the heart of everything they do.
* Guide the Sales Advisor team on recommending additional services and collecting customer data to drive sales.
* Assist the store leadership team in driving store sales, profitability, and consistent KPI achievement.
* Implement visual merchandising, windows standards, and store guidelines to maximise commercial opportunities.
* Train the Sales Advisor team to have thorough knowledge of the brand, products, design inspiration and services.
* Communicate store performance to team and stakeholders, providing feedback and highlighting risks and opportunities.
* Support the Store Manager with store operations such as stock management, loss prevention, incident reporting, health and safety, GDPR, cash handling, key holder responsibilities and store safety standards.
* Act as key‑holder and be responsible for running the store when required.
Qualifications
Coaching comes naturally; you will have a passion for inspiring your team and great product knowledge.
Experience driving sales, working towards KPI’s and using commercial thinking.
Adaptable and resilient attitude, confident in giving feedback to all team members and sharing ideas with management.
