Multi Skilled Operative Overview of the role: Were looking for a Multi Skilled Operative whos confident across multiple trades but with a strong background as a joiner. Youll be handling a variety of on-site tasks, ensuring all joinery and maintenance work is completed to excellent standards. The Role: Measuring, shaping, and cutting timber to create shop fittings, casings, and other joinery items. Installing fittings, doors, and skirting, while assisting with general building and repair work as needed. Ensuring the site remains clean, organised, and safe, including waste management and van inspections. Delivering and collecting materials, maintaining vehicle standards, and supporting the wider team. Following all company health, safety, and environmental procedures. Essential Requirements: Proven experience as a joiner or multi skilled tradesperson. Full UK driving licence. CSCS card. Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations. Comfortable completing reports and checklists.
