IT Support Technician | Worcester | Enhanced DBS | 1-Month Contract (possibility to extension) | £150-£200 p/day
We are looking for an experienced First Line IT Support Technician to join a school on a 1-month contract. The role involves providing day-to-day technical support to staff and students, ensuring IT systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Requirements
* Proven industry experience in IT support.
* Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware, software, and networks.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Must hold an Enhanced DBS (required for working in schools).
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for IT queries.
* Resolve common IT issues quickly and effectively.
* Support the setup and maintenance of classroom and office IT equipment.
* Escalate more complex issues when needed.
