As our Theatre Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a motivated, compassionate and skilled theatre team. Your leadership will directly influence patient experience, staff wellbeing and the continued clinical excellence we're proud of.

What You'll Do

Lead, inspire and develop a talented theatre team.
Maintain exceptional clinical standards and uphold our Outstanding CQC rating.
Ensure safe, seamless and high‑quality patient care.
Oversee staffing, resources and theatre operations effectively.
Drive service improvements and champion a positive safety culture.
Work collaboratively with other clinical teams to deliver outstanding patient pathways.
Support recruitment, staff development and performance management.
Use your clinical expertise to mentor and guide best practice.

Location: The Horder Centre, Crowborough

Contract Type: Permanent

Work Pattern: 37.5 hours per week

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencing employment. We have assessed this role and it does not meet the criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route.
