About the Role
We’re a small law firm looking for a paralegal who actually enjoys legal work and wants proper hands‑on exposure. If you like being involved, figuring things out, and working closely with lawyers (instead of being stuck doing one tiny task all day), you’ll probably fit right in.
You’ll be part of a lean team where everyone contributes, learns quickly, and helps each other out.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Drafting and preparing legal documents, letters, and court papers
* Managing case files, deadlines, and court dates (details matter here)
* Handling court filing and e‑filing
* Doing basic legal research and checking facts
* Communicating with clients, courts, and external parties
* Helping lawyers get ready for hearings, trials, and submissions
* Pitching in with day‑to‑day matters so things run smoothly
Who We’re Looking For
* A law graduate (fresh grads welcome), or
* A poly graduate with some prior legal / law firm experience
* Comfortable writing clearly and professionally
* Organised, dependable, and not afraid to ask questions
* Someone who notices things and follows through
* Enjoys working in a small firm where roles aren’t boxed in
