Please note that this role is based at Wagamama York Designer Outlet (Unit 201-202 St Nicholas Ave, York YO19 4TA).

The role |
As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion, creating a positive environment for guests and teams. You will support in coaching and developing your team, driving restaurant performance, and delivering excellent results.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting your team through training and development to uphold high standards
* Planning and managing shifts to ensure proper staffing and team engagement
* Managing labour, rotas, and understanding the financial performance of the restaurant
* Celebrating success and recognizing individual drives and needs
