PA Responsibilities Organising various meetings, including preparation of agendas and meeting papers, booking of rooms, catering and AV requirements Minute taking during all meetings and committees Preparation of correspondence Managing complex diaries Dealing with incoming ‘phone calls and enquiries Maintaining and organising filing systems Updating handbooks.
