Specialty Doctor in Hospital at Home NHS Lanarkshire Hospital at Home service is looking to appoint a Specialty Doctor in Hospital at Home to enhance its dynamic team. The Hospital at Home service in Lanarkshire is a multidisciplinary consultant led service. It aims to manage acutely unwell patients in their own home either via admission avoidance pathways or facilitated discharge. It provides specialist hospital level care for older adults in their familiar surroundings. The hospital at home team provides services across four hospital at home hubs including University Hospital Monklands, University Hospital Wishaw, University Hospital Hairmyres and the Clydesdale hub. The specialty doctor will primarily be based with the Hairmyres Hub as we expand into the Camglen area of Lanarkshire however there will be the opportunity to work across the other areas.
