Greenholm School is an independent specialist day school in South West London. The school provides high-quality education for boys and girls with a primary diagnosis of autism and additional needs such as ADHD, speech and language difficulties, sensory issues and associated behavioural difficulties.
About the Role
This role is based at Greenholm School. As part of a multidisciplinary clinical team, you will support educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments. Based on clinical assessment and formulation, you will offer individualised interventions and engagement to our young people.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide consultation, workshops, training and guidance to educational and residential teams.
* Deliver therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
* Support teams to ensure clinically informed living and learning environments.
* Act as a confident, engaging, effective model, guide, leader and trainer.
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC.
* Experience delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
* Experience supporting teams around a child or young person.
* Highly organized and ready to take initiative.
* Commitment to ensuring the best outcomes for young people.
