Job Description: Mortgage and Protection Advisor ALL LEADS PROVIDED HYBRID ROLE Our client is a reputable mortgage brokerage company with offices located in Canary Wharf, Cambridge, and Colchester. They collaborate with a comprehensive range of UK mortgage providers, including both investment and private banks as well as high street names. Currently on a growth spurt, they are looking for only the best candidates to join their team in the Colchester and Cambridge locations. -You must be tenacious and hungry -Minimum of 2 years experience and no job hopping. -CEMAP ( or equivalent ) Location Cambridge and Colchester Salary Basic Salary: £30,000 (negotiable) Car Allowance: £5,000 On Target Earnings (OTE): realistic £87,000 plus 20 days holiday, rising to 25 for each year served (in addition to bank holidays) Flexible working hours- hybrid, 3 days at home 2 days in the office Job Responsibilities Provide expert advice and guidance on mortgage and protection products. Assess clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions.
