Duties
* Manage daily office operations and ensure an efficient workflow.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
* Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* Process invoices and manage financial records using QuickBooks.
* Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
Skills
* Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative processes.
* Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Previous experience with Xero is advantageous but not essential.
