The Elderflower is an award-winning restaurant in the heart of Lymington, known for its creative, seasonal dishes and relaxed fine dining atmosphere. We are looking for a passionate and driven Chef to join our close-knit kitchen team.
You'll be working with exceptional local ingredients to create beautiful, flavour-led plates that celebrate the New Forest and South Coast. This role would suit someone who thrives in a professional yet friendly environment and wants to develop their skills alongside an experienced Head Chef.
What we offer:
A competitive salary of £30,000-£32,500 (based on experience)+ tips
28 days paid holiday, including 10 days off over Christmas & New Year
Set days off each week (Sunday evening, Monday & Tuesday)
