A personable and supportive Cost and Project Management consultancy are seeking a personable Quantity Surveyor to join their Hertfordshire office.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
Working alongside a closeknit Quantity Surveying team, the successful Quantity Surveyor will work across a broad range of commercial projects including retail and unit fit outs, some new build, cut & curve, and roll outs. Alongside retail, the Quantity Surveyor shall also be exposed to office, airport, and petrol station projects — all ideal for your APC diary. There is also the opportunity to get involved in Project Management, should that appeal.
The Quantity Surveyor
* Completed a Quantity Surveying, or RICS accredited degree
* A minimum of 2 years Quantity Surveying experience
* Ideally experience within a construction consultancy / chartered surveying practice
* Hard working, professional, well spoken
* Driving licence
