You willl be responsable to provides support to the overall IFP Strategy Leader and the IFP Transformation leader on managing the transformation and building Project Management capabilities within IFP

Who you are?

1. At least 6 years of transformation or project manager experience at large multinational
2. Experience leading end to end projects
3. Strong project management skills and experience combined with strong capability for structuring problems.
4. Experience working with agile methodologies
5. Experiecen training people
6. Experience working with large data
7. Strong communication skills (both verbally and written) are necessary with an ability to message in a succinct manner.
8. Able to demonstrate experience of managing stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interest in the programme of work.
9. Fully fluent English ability is mandatory, with other language skills (especially Spanish) being a plus
10. Position open in multiple locations

What do you do?

11. Provide support to transformation leader in set up of transformation office and management framework
12. Provide administrative support on initiative tracking and work with leaders to understand resourcing into more detail where roadblocks are identified
13. Provide PMO support on wide range of initiatives across IFP
14. Play the role of PMO on top IFP initiatives identified by the IFP Leadership Team
15. Support Transformation leader in developing, planning and executing trainings to drive PMO capability across the organisation as well as building the required training materials.
16. Play supporting role in developing, maintaining and applying quality management processes for project and/or programmes.
