The Portsmouth Academy is seeking to appoint a compassionate, resilient and motivated Inclusion Teaching Assistant to join The Bridge, our specialist Inclusion Centre. This is a rewarding opportunity to work as part of a dedicated and supportive team, helping students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) to thrive academically, socially and emotionally. The Bridge is a specialist provision supporting students aged 11-16 with complex Cognition and Learning difficulties. Our approach is child-centred, recognising each student as an individual and tailoring learning to their starting points, strengths and next steps.
