Gloucestershire ICB Quality Team have an exciting opportunity for afull-time Personal Assistant to the Chief Nursing Officer and Chief MedicalOfficer.
Main duties of the job
You will have responsibility for supporting the CNO and CMO and will be highly organised. You will be expected to carry out all PA duties including, but not limited to; diary organisation, meeting administration and email correspondence on their behalf.

5. Business or administration relevant degree or demonstrable equivalent experience gained through work based practice and development. Plus further training and experience to post graduate level and knowledge of business case procedures, range of computerised software, managerial knowledge and project monitoring.
6. IT Microsoft Office Qualifications or work based experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

7. RSA Stage III or 60wpm typing speed.

9. In-depth experience as a personal assistant to a Director.
10. Previous extensive experience as a secretary.
11. In-depth experience in taking formal minutes and notes at Director / Board meetings.
12. Good knowledge of office procedures.
13. Ability to analyse, interpret and compare complex situation with a range of factors / options.
14. Ability to write and implement new policies and reports.
15. Ability to write formal letters and correspondence.
