Shift Pattern:

Requirements of the Pharmacists: We are seeking enthusiastic pharmacists who genuinely care about their patients and the healthcare needs of the local community. Ideal candidates will embrace new NHS and private services, along with managing day-to-day routines associated with community pharmacy. Key requirements include:
* Experience in pharmacy management and team motivation
* Excellent communication skills
* Leadership and team motivation abilities
* Customer-focused approach
* Attention to detail and high standards
* Self-motivated with a desire to achieve success
* Calmness under pressure
* Ability to prioritize workload and organize the team
* Fully qualified with an MPharm degree or equivalent
* Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
