An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a nationally recognised conveyancing firm following continued growth within its successful Residential Conveyancing department. This newly created role offers the chance to manage a capped caseload of around 60 files, allowing you to focus on providing a high level of service across a broad mix of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions. You’ll be part of a stable and supportive team within a long-established firm that has a strong track record of growth and security, even though challenging economic periods. The business benefits from a guaranteed workflow, backed by a leading provider, ensuring long-term stability. Key responsibilities include managing your own caseload of freehold and leasehold matters, carrying out leasehold title checks, responding to enquiries, preparing property reports and arranging exchange and completion dates with clients. You’ll also handle Anti-Money Laundering and Source of Funds checks and offer occasional support on shared ownership and new-build transactions. To be considered, you’ll need at least two years’ experience running your own residential conveyancing caseload, with solid experience in leasehold matters. Strong communication skills and a focus on client care are essential. This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm that offers genuine career progression, excellent support and a manageable workload to help you maintain quality and balance.
