In this pivotal role, you’ll turn complex people data into clear insights that shape strategy across pay, workforce planning, diversity, and change. You’ll lead data reporting, embed tools like Power BI, and coach the People team on data literacy.
What we need:
* Expert in data analysis, modelling, and storytelling
* Strong Power BI & advanced Excel skills (DAX a plus)
* Clear communicator who can influence with data
* Wider HR experience helpful but not essential
