Are you an Administrator with experience in recruitment, payroll, and general administration?
If so, this role could be for you!
Based in Lowestoft, this position offers a pay rate of £12.50 per hour. Once trained, you will work a shift pattern that includes being on call every third weekend, with an average of 40 hours per week.
You will support our on-site team with the following duties:
1. Ensure all applicant records are maintained according to company procedures
2. Accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll
3. Managing emails and processing holiday/pay queries
4. Recording and managing sickness/absence
5. Managing and filing staff packs, keeping records up to date
6. Uploading new candidates onto the payroll system
7. Conducting reference checks
8. Assisting Account Co-ordinators with labour allocation
9. Assisting Account Co-ordinators with daily workforce management and issues
10. Answering the phone
11. Liaising with on-site departments
12. Willingness to develop and gain further understanding of the Account Co-ordinator role
