The role |
we’ve got an exciting opportunity for an experienced facilities manager to join our team here at wagamama. the role will support the operations teams + manage facilities & maintenance issues throughout our south region visiting restaurants 3 days a week
key responsibilities I
· own + manage all key maintenance issues across the region
· co-ordinate planned + statutory maintenance tasks
· work closely with our external maintenance helpdesk
· manage contractors + monitor performance
· build strong relationships with our operations teams
· act as an escalation contact for our operations teams for impactful maintenance issues
· have a strong knowledge + understanding of all sites within the north region
· manage regional maintenance budgets
· create + send weekly reports to operations teams on maintenance job numbers + spend
the experience + personal attributes we are looking for |
· preferably 3+ years’ experience in a maintenance/facilities role
· experience + understanding of facilities issues within a commercial restaurant environment is essential
· previous experience with HVAC equipment is essential
· understanding of facilities management systems
· strong excel + outlook skills
· an excellent communicator who is able to build strong relationships
· proactive + organised approach
· ability to be flexible + adaptable to change
· ability to multitask + prioritise key business issues
