As our Programme Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our strategic transformation. You’ll lead the delivery of key programmes from concept to completion—ensuring they’re on time, on budget, and aligned with our company values. You’ll be the go-to expert for project delivery, bringing clarity, structure, and inspiration to every stage of the change journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and manage change programmes from idea to post-launch support
* Develop and maintain project artefacts: plans, business cases, RAID logs, training plans, and more
* Chair steering committees and manage stakeholders across Exec, IT, Finance, Operations, and Change
* Communicate programme progress with tailored reporting for diverse audiences
* Own the budget, manage business disruption, and resolve conflicts with confidence
* Support the Director of Strategic Change and collaborate with Change colleagues on systems, training, and best practice
* Be a role model—strategic, organised, decisive, and people-focused
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
* Strong academic background
* PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification
* Proven experience in business transformation and systems delivery
* Track record managing six-figure budgets
* Senior stakeholder engagement expertise
* Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable:
* Experience in health or care sectors
* Line management or team leadership experience
* Exposure to both business and change roles
