About the Team:
The Enterprise Risk/Internal Audit team has a unique recruitment model, exclusively hiring newly qualified accountants for external positions. When a team member resigns or transitions to another department, they recruit at the Senior Auditor level, offering growth opportunities for existing team members.

* Responsibilities:
Financial audit, risk and controls, SOX audits, IT General controls, and advisory projects.
* Audit Types:
From wind turbines to car screws, deep-sea welding equipment, heavy machinery to state-of-the-art R&D.
Additional Information:
* Office Location:
Windsor
* Hybrid Working:
Minimum three days in the office (Tuesday and Wednesday are anchor days), flexible working hours
* Benefits:
Fuel card, free parking onsite, £54,000 base salary plus £6,000 car allowance (paid in cash with your salary on a monthly basis), discretionary 10% bonus
* Pension:
Matches your contribution plus 4% up to 11% (e.g., if you contribute 7%, they contribute 11%, totalling 18% pension contribution)
* Travel:
50% - this includes local and international travel (Europe, UK, North & South America, Asia, and Oceania)

Candidate Profile:
* Newly qualified chartered accountant (ACA or equivalent)
* Minimum 3 years of external audit experience, ideally with manufacturing or similar sector clients

* Must enjoy travel and be flexible to travel as needed
* Must have UK RTW and hold a British/EU passport
