Finance Systems Administrator
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum
12 month FTC
North East (remote options will be considered)
SystemsAccountants are currently working with an organisation looking to hire a Senior Finance Systems & Data Specialist on a 12-month FTC. This role will play a key part in supporting legacy finance systems (Infor SunSystems in particular) during a period of change, providing 1st/2nd line support, maintaining system integrity, and assisting with ongoing improvements and projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1st & 2nd line support for finance systems, particularly SunSystems (GL-focused)
* Troubleshoot system issues and support end users
* Manage user access, system administration, and data maintenance
* Support system upgrades, enhancements, and testing (UAT)
* Create user documentation and training materials
* Work closely with Finance and IT teams on system improvements
What We’re Looking For
* Experience supporting a finance or ERP system in an administrator, specialist or support analyst capacity
* Finance background beneficial, or a strong understanding of finance processes
* Experience with SunSystems would be beneficial, but not required
* Experience with reporting tools, such as Power BI
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work with data and support non-technical users
* Experience with systems such as SunSystems, Unit4, Coda, Access Dimensions, or similar is beneficial but not essential.
