Salary: up to £55,000 DOE + Car Allowance + Bonus!

Are you an experienced National Account Manager who loves building strong relationships and growing beautiful brands? Working as part of a fantastic, supportive commercial team, you’ll take ownership of key national retail and professional accounts, driving sales growth, delivering brilliant customer service, and helping shape the future success of an established yet entrepreneurial beauty business.
What you’ll be doing
* Manage and develop relationships with key retail and professional accounts (including major high‑street and trade partners)
* Build and deliver annual joint business plans to achieve growth targets
* Lead product launches, promotional plans, and brand activation across key retailers
* Monitor performance, analyse sales data and identify opportunities to maximise growth
* Work cross‑functionally with marketing, supply chain, and brand teams to ensure flawless execution
* Negotiate trading terms, promotional support, and investment plans
About you
* You’re an experienced National Account Manager or Junior NAM ready for your next step
* You have experience managing retail or professional beauty accounts (Boots, Superdrug, or similar)
* You’re commercially savvy, numerate, and confident in building strategic partnerships
* You thrive in a collaborative, down‑to‑earth team environment where everyone’s input matters
