We’ve partnered with a global technology business at the forefront of mission-critical communications developing products that are relied on in environments where failure isn’t an option.
Location: Cambridge (5 days in office)
Salary: Up to £80k
They’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of a complex, high-impact product portfolio spanning devices, accessories, software, and SaaS platforms.
This role is suited to someone who has genuinely owned products end-to-end and is comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
The Role
You’ll own products from concept through to market success, setting direction, defining requirements, and driving delivery across both hardware and software.
Operating at the centre of engineering, sales, and marketing, you’ll translate real customer needs into clear product decisions and commercially successful outcomes. The scope is broad, with high visibility and genuine ownership.
* Own product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle end-to-end
* Define and prioritise features based on customer and market insight
* Build business cases, manage budgets, and take a commercial (P&L) view of performance
* Work closely with engineering to deliver high-reliability products
* Partner with sales and marketing to successfully launch and scale products
* Engage directly with customers, partners, and stakeholders
* Represent the product externally at events and conferences
What They’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Product Manager with clear ownership of products
* Background in B2B and technical product environments
* Experience across hardware, devices, SaaS—or a combination
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
* Able to take ownership, make decisions, and be accountable

* SaaS experience within a technical environment
