Job Summary:
The Senior Programme Manager role is pivotal for the transformation and migration of our core Human Capital Management (HCM) system, Workday, towards a more Cloud-centric model. This role involves guiding, managing, and driving the transition, working closely with high-level stakeholders, HR leadership, and service providers. The candidate should be proficient in organizational design, system or process enhancement, and change initiatives, with a focus on Cloud, SaaS products, and API strategies. Deep knowledge of Workday, strong program management, communication, leadership, and delegation skills are essential.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Programme Manager or similar role.
* Experience managing transition to Cloud-centric models and SaaS products.
* Deep understanding of Workday, a leading HCM system.
* Experience with full rollouts of Workday modules (HCM, HR, Recruitment, Benefits, Payroll).
* Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage large transformation programs and lead change management.
* Experience with steering committees, change boards, and governance panels.
* Proficient in working with diverse stakeholders.
* Experience in international HRIS transformation management is a plus.
Technical Requirements:
* Experience defining and implementing technical deployments, including integrations, data migration, testing, transition strategies, and support teams.
* Deep understanding of the Workday ecosystem and Cloud adaptation.
* Experience with Workday modules and features.
* Knowledge of API strategies and development.
* Ability to handle data migration issues during enhancements.
* Understanding testing and troubleshooting in Workday.
* Ensuring enhancements do not disrupt workflows.
* Experience moving towards product-aligned teams.
* Implementing significant HR system changes, especially transitioning to Workday.
* Stakeholder management in complex HR tech projects.
* Using methodologies for HR transformation programs focusing on Cloud strategies.
* Developing strategies and roadmaps for HR tech improvements, SaaS, and Cloud.
* Identifying and implementing Workday enhancements effectively.
* Prioritizing enhancements considering business needs.
* Using Workday enhancements to drive business value.
* Involving stakeholders in decision-making for Workday enhancements related to Cloud and SaaS.
