Service Advisor – Fareham Salary: £30,000 Basic | OTE: £36,000 Location: Fareham Hours: Monday – Friday The Role We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a busy automotive aftersales team in Fareham. This is an excellent opportunity for a Service Advisor who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service while working in a fast-paced dealership environment. As the key link between customers and the workshop, you will manage the service journey from vehicle check-in through to collection, ensuring customers are kept fully informed throughout the process. Service Advisors typically act as the liaison between customers and technicians, managing repair orders, service bookings, estimates and customer communications.
