Area Sales Manager Location: Midlands (Field Based)

With continued growth and investment, they are now looking to strengthen their commercial team with the addition of an experienced Area Sales Manager.
As Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of customers across your designated region. You will be tasked with both account management and new business development, focusing on building long-term client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities within your area
Meet agreed sales targets and KPIs
Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions using CRM systems
Proven field sales experience within the steel industry (pre-painted, sheet, coil or profiling highly desirable)
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Full UK driving licence
