We have an exciting opportunity for a Leather Technician to join a growing team manufacturing luxury interior for some of the world's most exclusive and ultra-premium automotive programmes.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and experience working with high-quality leather materials in an automotive environment.

We support ultra-premium, low-volume automotive programmes within the luxury and high-performance vehicle sector, producing bespoke interiors and components for luxury cars and exclusive automotive projects.
In addition, we support heritage and specialist vehicle programmes, including restoration, rebuilds, vehicle preparation, and event support for classic and performance vehicles.
Roles and Responsibilities
This role is based at our engineering facility in Witham.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring products meet design specifications, tolerances, and customer quality standards
Maintaining a flexible and adaptable approach to changing requirements and deadlines
Demonstrating a professional, proactive, and positive attitude at all times
Performing rework or repairs on defective items where required
Liaising with fellow technicians to achieve exceptional product finishes
Maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and quality throughout production
Skills and Experience Required
Previous experience within a leather automotive or upholstery environment is desirable
Proficiency in leather handling and finishing techniques
Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
Ability to read and interpret patterns, drawings, and work instructions
Good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Understanding of workplace health and safety practices
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00am - 4:30pm
Overtime
Overtime may be available following successful completion of probation and depending on business requirements.
