Overview
MVL Analyst - 12 Month FTC role at RSM UK, based in Manchester, England. MVL experience preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities
* Assisting and supporting the National Corporate Simplification team.
* Preparing engagement letters and ancillary documents.
* Preparing statutory documentation for appointment as liquidators.
* Preparing letters and reports for shareholders and other stakeholders.
* Producing letters to creditors’ employees etc.
* Asset realisations as appropriate.
* Undertaking dividends to creditors and distributions to shareholders.
* Preparing data for KPI’s.
* Ensuring assigned diary lines are completed within the deadline.
* Corresponding and liaising with HMRC to obtain tax clearance to close cases.
* Inputting data onto internal systems (IPS and Virtual Cabinet).
* General case administration including raising bills.
What we are looking for
* MVL experience preferred but not essential as there are opportunities to develop skills in this area.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong organisational and time management skills essential.
* Awareness of data protection issues and client confidentiality.
* Commercial awareness with respect to budgets, expenses, and time recording.
