Our Privacy Statement & Cookie PolicyPortfolio Manager - Reuters Events page is loaded## Portfolio Manager - Reuters Eventsremote type: Hybridlocations: United Kingdom, Londontime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todaytime left to apply: End Date: April 28, 2026 (20 days left to apply)job requisition id: JREQ199338This hybrid role is based in London, UK.Portfolio Manager within Reuters Events to lead a team and ensure the commercial success for our conference and content portfolios across the Automotive and Supply Chain sector.About the RoleAs a Portfolio Manager at Reuters Events, you will:* Have a customer-first and growth mindset to deliver world class events that meet industry needs, deliver excellence customer experience and meet performance goals* Work with the Senior Portfolio Manager to oversee the Automotive & Supply Chain sector to ensure quality control, people management, resourcing and performance.* Engage in business planning, the identification of new opportunities, lead research teams and build in new ideas to the business model. Launch new events in industry vertical.* Have overall responsibility for the sector strategy and successful delivery of each project.* Work with Event Operations to ensure that budgets are met, and event spend optimised.* Work with sales leads and marketing management to support on sales and marketing output.* Oversee team performance, financials, training, time, planning and resourcing.* Manage all Conference Organisers, weekly planning and problem solve with others as necessary.* Take responsibility for performance reviews, soft-skill training and development planning for staffAbout YouYoure a fit for the role of Portfolio Manager at Reuters Events if you have:* Demonstrable experience of leading a team to success.* Excellent communication skills with experience of managing those around you and with other teams.* To work collaboratively with teams across the business to deliver events successfully as well as on projects* A proven commercial track record.* A keen interest in managing and developing a team and its portfolio.* An understanding of key marketing and sales principles.#LI-FP3* Hybrid Work Model: We’ve adopted a flexible hybrid working environment (2-3 days a week in the office depending on the role) for our office-based roles while delivering a seamless experience that is digitally and physically connected.* Flexibility & Work-Life Balance: Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset.
