Permanent Internal Sales Coordinator required for Lisburn. Duties will include: Work effectively within an established and dynamic sales team. Sales order processing in line with specification, accurately, to a high standard, in the agreed format and timescales Process purchase orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries. Follow up on customer quotations efficiently to maximise conversion into future orders. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Compile and update sales databases. Provide leads and quotation updates to support the sales team. Handle after-sales concerns and customer queries. Carry out routine administrative tasks, including filing, emailing, word processing, photocopying, and printing. Essential Criteria: Minimum of 2 years experience working within a Business Development, Internal Sales, or B2B Sales environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-starter with the ability to manage own workload. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages. Strong presentation skills. Flexible and willing to take on new responsibilities. High attention to detail. Proactive, with a what next? attitude. Keen to learn, develop, and continuously improve.
