Youll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.What youll do on a typical day: Take overall responsibility for the day to day running of the late site and Transport operation, including the relationship with the customer. Drive operational compliance and maintain Health and Safety standards. Ensure that all KPIs are hit and meet the customer SLAs Get involved in HR activity, including incident investigations, disciplinaries and performance management. Maintain stock file accuracy through both manual and automated WMS. What you need to succeed at XPO: A strong, demonstrable background in warehouse management Ideally, youll have worked in a 3PL environment and understand customer needs Practical exposure to WMS systems and Microsoft. Experience of managing performance in a leadership role. CPC Qualification desirable but not essential. SAP knowledge and application desirable but not essential.
