Estimator - £70,000
Our clients are specialsit Sub Contractor within the commercial and domestic fit out industry are looking to appoint an Estimator to join an exciting and experienced team.
The role will see you price tenders up to £10 Million, own and be responsible for the estimating process, this would suit an assistant or intermediate estimator looking for the next step or someone who is looking for a new company and challenge.
This role is a proactive one and somebody with a good outgoing personality will fit ideally, and to help build realtionships with clients and contractors and have knowledge of projects that are becoming available etc.
Key Skills:
* Pricing Tenders
* Using Bluebeam opr Conquest
* Manage full tender and estimating process
* Excellent relationship builder
* Understanding of commercial and domestic projects within the UK
Ideal location for the role is Bishop's Stortford or within a commutable distance.
Salary is £70,000 DOE plus package
