How It Works
Phase 1: Paid Cover Supervisor Role
September 2026 – August 2027
Start earning immediately while developing your teaching skills in a real classroom environment.
What's Included:
* £22,000 – £27,000 annual salary
* Hands-on classroom experience with student supervision
* Structured training sessions (lesson planning, behaviour management, assessment, safeguarding)

Phase 2: Formal Teacher Training
September 2027 – July 2028
Transition to full teacher training while maintaining salary support.

Do You Qualify?
Academic Requirements for Teacher Training:
* Undergraduate degree (UK or equivalent qualification)
* GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
* GCSE Science (Grade C/4 or above) — Primary teachers only
