An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Process Development Manager to join a technical team within a leading food manufacturing business. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing the successful transfer of products from concept to launch, driving process innovation, and supporting continuous improvement across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Champion process control, innovation, and cost-reduction initiatives.
* Oversee factory trials and ensure robust trial processes, recipe implementation, and accurate technical documentation.
* Drive improvements in process capability and efficiency through structured problem-solving.
* Act as the key point of contact for customer pre-production and launch activities.
* Build strong internal and external relationships, enhancing confidence and collaboration across teams.
Key Requirements:
1. Experienced in Product Transfer projects is highly desirable.
2. Previous experience working with UK grocery retailers.
3. Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG or similar manufacturing environments.
