This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and service-driven hospitality professional to join a highly regarded venue, supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in delivering exceptional dining experiences and leading a dedicated front-of-house team.

* Schedule: Rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations.
* Lead the team by example, maintaining the highest levels of service and hospitality at all times.
* Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all restaurant activities.
* Strive for continuous improvement in service quality, guest experience, and operational efficiency.
* Support training and development of the restaurant team to uphold excellence in delivery and presentation.
* Act as a role model, demonstrating professionalism, initiative, and an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, or similar leadership role within a premium hospitality environment.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
* Exceptional attention to detail and passion for five-star service.
* Flexible and reliable, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
* Proactive and motivated to enhance both team performance and guest experience.
