Abstract Recruitment are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Site Account Manager to join our team working on site at our prestigious client based in Wakefield. As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and supporting the smooth operation of our site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a diverse group of individuals.
Monday to Friday
8 am to 5 pm
Duties
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations at the site
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees and managers
- Assist with event planning and coordination of inductions and events
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and workflow
- Checking Right to Work
- Ensuring colleagues have the correct PPE to work.
- Booking colleagues into work for shifts
- Daily check ins
Experience
- Proven experience in office administration or related field
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
