Role Responsibilities
* Create engaging, exciting learning experiences for children.
* Lead and inspire the nursery team with enthusiasm and creativity.
* Support children’s development and maintain positive relationships with families.
* Plan fun, educational activities to spark curiosity and growth.
* Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene.
Required Qualifications
* Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
* Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage – ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Passion for fostering children’s development.
* Ability to create positive relationships with families.
