Your Role as Deputy Manager: As a key leader in our nursery, you’ll: Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and happiness of every child, parent, and team member Support the delivery of outstanding EYFS practice across all rooms Manage medication and care plans with diligence and compassion Inspire your team with creativity, consistency, and a positive attitude Maintain accurate records using the EyMan system Step up as a role model, mentor, and motivator for your colleagues Help drive continuous improvement and prepare for Ofsted inspections What You’ll Bring: Level 3 Childcare Qualification – essential Leadership experience in an early year setting – essential 1 year in Early Years – essential Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding – essential Level 5 qualification in Childcare or Leadership – desirable Experience achieving Good or Outstanding in Ofsted – desirable Ready to Make a Lasting Impact?
